Join Our Waterproofing & Weather Barrier Team!
Quality Coatings & Tile is seeking a hardworking, dedicated individual to join our Waterproofing & Weather Barrier team. This role involves installing high-quality waterproofing systems on commercial, residential, and industrial projects. If you have experience with construction and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you! Experience with painting or coatings is a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF Weather Barriers Applicator:

Install waterproofing and weather barrier systems with precision and efficiency

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and sprayers

Identify and resolve field challenges effectively
-
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to ensure project success
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Willingness to travel Monday–Friday (home on weekends)

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions

Availability to work overtime as needed
